Benefits of full-body workouts

Full-Body workouts are a great option for busy people, full-body workouts are key to getting fit. A full-body workout engages all of your biggest muscle groups in one session like legs or back for example.

Effectively leg exercises raise the metabolism, causing your entire body to lean out, and they do a great job of working the upper body and core muscles during the process.

Benefit #1: 

Lower Time Commitment: When you have a full-body workout the best way to do it’s creating less rest between exercises, all depending on your fitness level. I have been working for years, I rest 30 sec or less. Also, you’re focused during the exercise without distractions (no phone, just you and your workout) this is a great feeling!  Your mind is connecting with your body and the results are real. 

Benefit #2:

Ideal for Fat Loss: It's simple maths; work more muscles, burn more calories. It's why belly fat-burning work the biggest muscle groups will earn you a quicker six-pack than hundreds of crunches.

Benefit #3

Enjoy: When people say “I get bored easily” they are not necessarily getting bored with the actual workouts or exercises. This usually indicates a lack of challenge. That’s what makes it feel boring and repetitive. Challenge is required to make you feel like you’re not just going through the same old motions everyday.

How to incorporate full-body workout into your gym routine?

As always mentioning in my post. Each and every person has unique needs. Make sure you have clear your main goal or the reason why you are training for. Do you want to lose weight, burn fat, build muscle or just simply want to look good naked. 

Once you decide what do you want, and full-body workouts are aline to your goal. You can consider incorporating at least 2 days per week.

I have posted the most effective full-body workout I did last week, honestly it felt really good. 

I am not doing my exercises the same way I am doing shopping,  I am always making sure to be focus and raise my heart to the maximum level.
